Pocket Screwdriver
Everybody should have a pocket screwdriver.
Whether you need to unscrew your keyboard's battery compartment, open a letter, or pry open a can of paint, this tool can be extremely versatile.
This slotted (also known as flathead) screwdriver has a forged, heat treated, and chrome plated vanadium steel shank insert molded into a Cellulose Acetate Butyrate (CAB) handle.
Forging vanadium steel creates a harder shank, as the grain structure in the steel is compressed tighter together. The shank's chrome plating allows for the shank to resist corrosion.
This screwdriver features:
4.0" overall length (2.0" shank length) to reach recessed screws and provide the user with mechanical advantage when acting as a lever
1/8" wide tip (most versatile size for most applications)
0.024" thick tapered tip designed to fit additional screw heads and tight gaps for effective leverage
A keystone tip design, enhancing the screwdriver's robustness and durability when delivering torque or acting as a pry bar.
